Update: Roku 4 require adapter that needs to be purchased separately from the local electrical store. The voltage used in Malaysia is 230/240 volts -50hz. If your electrical appliance uses 110/120 volts, you need to use a transformer/converter to step down the 230/240 volts Malaysian voltage to your 110/120 volt appliances.

A: You must meet the following requirement in order to stream Netflix in 4K UHD resolution:-

1.  4K Ultra HD Television with a High Speed HDMI Cable

2.  High Speed Broadband minimum of 20 Mbps

3.  4K Ultra HD content from channels like Netflix and M-GO require a copy protection standard called “HDCP 2.2”. In order to view this content in 4K Ultra HD, your Roku player must be plugged into a “HDCP 2.2” compatible HDMI® port. Different TVs will have different configurations, and some will label the correct HDMI® port, but its a good idea refer to your TV manufacturer’s owner’s manual.

Not all content requires HDCP 2.2, however, and you can enjoy 4K UHD content from channels like YouTube, as well as your own personal 4K photos and videos without this restriction.
